2010 IS LOOKING GOOD
This year as started off with historically low rates. I'm happy to report that I've provided my clients with 3.875% conventional loans and 3.99% for jumbo loans in January and February of this year. Each month we watch the rates fluctuate greatly, and it is test of a true consumer advocate to shrewdly monitor all rates available, several times a day, and then to fight to qualify his or her client for the absolute best possible rate. It's not easy, but it is why mortgage consumer advocates (brokers) are a vital resource for borrowers.
